Raymond Rodriguez-Torres is President of First Ascent Biomedical and President & Co-CEO of ALC Home Health in Miami. Over a career spanning leadership roles at Sanofi-Aventis, Hoffman-La Roche, Genentech, and Ther-Rx Corporation, he has led teams and managed more than $300 million in sales across operations, managed care, and government affairs.
His greatest passion is his role as Chairman of the Live Like Bella® Childhood Cancer Foundation, founded in memory of his daughter Bella, who passed away at age 10 after a courageous battle with cancer. Under his leadership, the foundation has raised millions of dollars for childhood cancer research and now supports families in 37 countries.
Raymond is also a bestselling author (Why Not Me?), TEDx speaker, and licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain. He donates 100% of his book proceeds to pediatric cancer research and charities. His story is one of leadership, resilience, and a deep commitment to making a difference in the world.
