Her career spans commercial construction, environmental services, and climate-tech. At First Ascent, she helps align leadership priorities, strengthen operations, and create the structure and communication that support a growing team.
Having watched many loved ones battle cancer, Jean was drawn to First Ascent’s mission and the families behind it, choosing to bring her operational experience to a company founded in response to childhood cancer.
